विद्यार्थीहरुमा पाठ्यक्रमले तोके बमोजिमको उद्येश्य पुरा हुने गरि शिक्षा प्रदान गर्नु विद्यालयको प्रमुख कार्य हो । यसका लागि समय समयमा अभिभावक व्यिवस र शिक्षक स्टाफको संयुक्त बैठक बसि पठन पाठनलाई व्यवस्थित र प्रभावकारी बनाउन विभिन्न प्रयास गरिएका छन । यस विद्यालयका शिक्षक कर्मचारी र विव्यस पदाधिकारीका छोराछोरी यसै विद्यालयमा पढाउने परम्परा बसालिएको छ । कक्षा नर्सरी देखि ८ सम्म र्नै विद्यालयमा भ्लनष्किज ःभमष्गm मा गरिन्छ । जुन कुनै बन्द हड्तालका दिन विद्यालय सुचारु गरिन्छ । सि.सि.क्यामेराको सहायताले विद्यालयको वातावरण अनुशासित बनाउने प्रयास गरिएको छ । गरिब तथा जेहेन्दार छात्रवृत्तिको लागि अक्षय कोषको स्थापना गरिएको छ । प्रथम त्रैमासिक, अर्ध वार्षिक र वार्षिक परीक्षाका विद्यार्थीका उत्तर पुस्तिका नतिजा विश्लेषण सहितका ब्लकधभच क्जभभत ँष्भि अभिभावकलाई उपलब्ध गराउने गराइन्छ । शैक्षिक आर्थिक छायाँ र मनोरञ्जन प्रयोजनका निम्ति कम्पाउण्डमा विभिन्न ५९९ प्रजातीका रुखविरुवा रोपिएका छन । अभिभावकहरुको माग बमोजिम यस वर्ष देखि वर्षे र दशैँका लामो बिदामा विद्यालय सञ्चालन गर्न थालिएको छ । यसका लागि शिक्षक कर्मचारीलाई थप पारिश्रमिकको व्यवस्था गरिएको छ । पूर्व प्राथमिक तहका ३ वटा कक्षा मण्टेश्वरी सामग्री सहितको सुरक्षित कक्षाहरुको व्यवस्था गरिएको छ ।
Providing education to students in a way that fulfills the objectives prescribed by the curriculum is the primary function of the school. For this, joint meetings of parents, school management committee (SMC), and teaching staff are held from time to time, and various efforts have been made to make teaching and learning systematic and effective. A tradition has been established where the children of the school's teachers, staff, and SMC officials study in this very school. Classes from Nursery to 8 are conducted in English medium (Note: The original text contained typos like "भ्लनष्किज ःभमष्गm" which refers to English medium), and the school remains operational even during days of general strikes or shutdowns. Efforts have been made to maintain a disciplined school environment with the help of CCTV cameras. An endowment fund (Akshaya Kosh) has been established to provide scholarships for poor and meritorious students. Answer sheets and result analyses of students from the first-trimester, mid-term, and annual examinations, along with progress sheets (Note: "ब्लकधभच क्जभभत ँष्भि" refers to progress/score sheets), are provided to parents. For educational, environmental, shade, and recreational purposes, 599 species of trees and plants have been planted within the compound. In response to parents' demands, starting this year, the school has begun operating during the monsoon and Dashain long vacations. Additional remuneration has been arranged for teachers and staff for this period. Three pre-primary classes have been arranged as safe classrooms equipped with Montessori materials.
