बागमती अञ्चल धादिंग जिल्ला साविक झार्लांग गाउँ पञ्चायतबाट बसाइ सरि आएका मानिसहरुको वि.सं. २०३९ साल जेष्ठ महिनामा तात्कालिन नेपाल पुनर्वास कम्पनीदारा यस बलभद्रवस्तीको बसोबास गराइएको थियो । विद्यालयको स्थापना काल देखि नै आर्थिक, भौतिक र थुप्रै अन्य समस्याहरु पार गर्दै विद्यालय वर्तमान अवस्था सम्म ल्याइपुर्याइएको छ । विद्यालय स्थापना काल देखि नै यस विद्यालयको विशेष गरि आर्थिक समस्या नै प्रमुख समस्या रहि आएको छ । English Medium मा बिना अतिरिक्त शुल्क, बिना नि.मा.वि. शिक्षक दरबन्दी कक्षा ६-८ सञ्चालन, लगायत विद्यालयका थुप्रै कार्यहरु अभिभावकहरुको सहयोगमा गरिदै सफल हँुदै आएका छन । विद्यालयमा निर्माणधिन स्वीमिंग पूलको निर्माण सम्पन्न भए पछि आम्दानीको दिगो श्रोत हुने भएकोले विद्यार्थीहरुमा उच्च शैक्षिक उपलब्धि हाँसिल गराउन सकिने विश्वास लिएको छु । प्रदेश सरकारको विशेष अनुदानमा निर्माणाधिन ६ कक्षा कोठा र १ सभा हलको दुई तले विद्यालय भवन निर्माण सम्पन्न भए पछि भवनको आवश्यक्ता पुरा हुने छ ।
People who migrated from the erstwhile Jharlang Village Panchayat, Dhading District, Bagmati Zone, were settled in this Balbhadravasti by the then Nepal Punarwas Company in Jestha 2039 BS. Overcoming financial, physical, and numerous other challenges since its inception, the school has been brought to its current state. Financial difficulty has consistently been the primary problem of this school ever since its establishment. Running classes 6–8 in English medium without any additional fees and without any lower secondary (Ni.Ma.Vi.) teacher quotas, along with many other school activities, has been successfully carried out with the cooperation of the parents. Since the under-construction swimming pool in the school will serve as a sustainable source of income upon completion, I am confident that it will help achieve high educational outcomes for the students. Once the construction of the two-story school building, consisting of 6 classrooms and 1 assembly hall—being built under the special grant of the Provincial Government—is completed, the need for infrastructure will be fulfilled.
