विद्यालयको स्थापना र स्थान: यो विद्यालय शुदूरपश्चिम प्रदेश, कञ्चनपुर जिल्लाको पुनर्वास नगरपालिका वडा नं. १ साविक कालिका गाउ विकास समिति वडा नं. ८ बलभद्रवस्तीमा वि.सं. २०४० साल मंशिर २९ गते स्थापना भएको हो ।
विद्यालयको ऐतिहासिक पृष्ठभूमी: २०४४ फागुण १३ मा विद्यालय स्वीकृत भएको र २०४९ सालमा कक्षा ५ स्वीकृत भई प्राथमिक तह पुरा भएको हो । स्थापना हुँदा यस विद्यालयको नाम श्री सरस्वती प्राथमिक विद्यालय रहेको थियो । यस विद्यालयका संस्थापक अध्यक्ष यसै बलभद्रबस्तीका शुक बहादुर तामाङ्ग¬ हुन ।
Establishment and Location: This school was established on Mangsir 29, 2040 BS in Balbhadravasti, erstwhile Kalika Village Development Committee Ward No. 8, Punarwas Municipality Ward No. 1, Kanchanpur District, Sudurpashchim Province.
Historical Background: The school received official recognition on Falgun 13, 2044 BS, and with the approval of grade 5 in 2049 BS, the primary level was completed. At the time of its establishment, it was named Shree Saraswati Primary School. The founding chairman of the school was Shuk Bahadur Tamang from this very Balbhadravasti.
२०६७ सालमा तह वृद्धि भइ कक्षा ६ र क्रमशः ०६८ मा कक्षा ७ र ०६९ देखि कक्षा ८ सम्मका कक्षाहरु सञ्चालनमा छन । २०६८ साल देखि यस विद्यालमा अंग्रेजी माध्यमबाट अध्ययन अध्यापन गराइन्छ । यस वापत कुनै मासिक शुल्क लाग्दैन ।
विद्यालयको आफ्नै नामको चार विगाह जमिन छ । यस मध्ये एक विगाहमा विद्यालय कम्पाउण्ड, दुई विगाहमा खेलमैदान र एक विगाहमा कृषि उपज प्रयोजनमा उपयोग हँुदै आएको छ ।
कम्पाउण्ड भित्र २०६२ साउन महिनामा शैक्षिक, आर्थिक, छायाँ र मनोरञ्जन प्रयोजनका निम्ति विभिन्न प्रजातिका ... वटा रुख र फूल विरुवा लगाइएका छन ।
कम्पाउण्ड भित्र एक सय फिट लामो र पचास फिट चौडाइ भएको स्वीमिंग पूल निर्माधिन अवस्थामा रहेको छ ।
काठको टस टिनको छाना भएको ५ कोठाको भवन एक, आइरन टस टिनको छाना भएको ८ वठा कोठा भएका चार वटा भवन रहेका छन । ६ वटा कक्षा कोठा, १ सभा हल, तल र माथि ४ वटा शौचालय भएको दुई तले पक्कि भवन निमार्णाधिन अवस्थामा छ ।
Academic Growth and Facilities: The school was upgraded to grade 6 in 2067 BS, followed by grade 7 in 2068 BS, and has been running classes up to grade 8 since 2069 BS. Medium of instruction has been in English since 2068 BS, for which no monthly tuition fee is charged. The school owns four Bighas of land in its own name; out of this, one Bigha is used for the school compound, two Bighas for a playground, and one Bigha for agricultural production purposes. Within the compound, various species of trees and flower plants were planted in Shrawan 2062 BS for educational, economic, shaded, and recreational purposes. A swimming pool measuring one hundred feet long and fifty feet wide is currently under construction inside the compound. Regarding infrastructure, there is one wooden trussed building with a corrugated zinc roof containing 5 rooms, and four buildings with iron-trussed zinc roofs containing a total of 8 rooms. Additionally, a two-story concrete building with 6 classrooms, 1 assembly hall, and 4 toilets on both upper and lower floors is currently under construction.
